I have been taking this product on a daily basis since 2010. My bones were affected as a consequence of the cancer treatment. My first bone density study showed results rather concerning. Bone support and daily physical activity have improved the outcome. I take two capsules in the morning with an empty stomach to improve assimilation. The formula includes every mineral known to improve bone health and avoids the need to buy all of them separate, from the easy to buy as K2, D3, to those unavailable. I highly recommend this formula to those who need to improve bone health affected by disease, medical treatments, or age.

My bone density results were great. My spine improved 8.5% and my hips 4.9%. I will continue to take this product.

I began taking the Ultimate Bone support a few years ago as it was the only bone product I could find that had no calcium. As I didn’t want calcium other than in my diet this product was perfect me. At age 78 my hip bones and all are strong. It’s is a very good product and I would recommend it highly.
