I have osteopenia. My CNP told me about this supplement. Said many of her patients had had great results. My DEXA improved after only 3 months of taking two tablets a day. I am on prednisone which weakens the bone. I am happy to recommend this to anyone dealing with bone decline.

"I have been on Ultimate Bone Support for a over a year. During this time while I was getting back to ice skating, just something I like to do. I fell on the ice. I was 72 then. Left leg went way out to the left, right leg bent back. Nothing broke. Leg did hurt for awhile. Made sure I excercised. Saw my doctor and everything was fine. I do think nothing broke because of this U.B.S. I told my doctor a long time ago ""I will not take any of those pharmacueutical meds for bones. So gratefull to find this product."

Was diagnosed with the beginning of bone loss. Also had aching bones. Ordered this and the ache has gone away. Don't know if the diagnosis was correct, read it over and said that's not me (smoking, drinking, seizures low weight etc). I'm trying to get that corrected in my MD files now.
