I am 88 and have been taking Ultimate Bone Support for many years. My bones are still in very good condition. I take two tablets before going to bed because I have difficulty remembering to take them between meals. This is the easiest way to avoid calcium and it seems to be working well for me.

I've been taking Ultimate Bone Support, I think about 3 years! I ordered because my siser in California met a woman who had taken it with great improvement in her bones. Three years I had a bone desnisty test and two areas were of concern so I began your supplement and 2 yrs later my second test show 9% and 11% improvements in those areas!!

Yes yes yes My bones are much stronger. It is great getting out of bed and taking care of the Cat. There are no pops, or creeks or pain. Hands are flexible and strong as well as the spine. This in a week.
