I have taken this supplement for a few years now. My bone density has improved a great deal.

. A bone density test showed that mine was low, of course my Dr recommended more calcium, which I knew from my studies was not the answer. I began to take UBS and after three years a follow up bone density test showed improvement in the density of my bones. I will continue to take UBS.
