My Mother took this and it was beneficial. When I have had another bone scan I will know the results.

I went on Ultimate Bone Support, and the next dexa scan I had showed a slight improvement in bone density. I have kept them up ever since. The doctors no longer consider me at risk, so I only get the scan every 5 or so years, so I can't say whether the density is still going up, but I am hopeful that it is.

Bone Support is a type product that one may not feel a difference. Only long term bone health will be the determination of success for me. A bone density test would be one way to compare if one had a previous test to compare.

I have been taken it for years and a friend of mine had problems with her hip for over a year and I got her to take Ultimate Bone Support and after two months her hip stop hurting and she has been using it ever since.
