I have been using Ultimate Bone Support for YEARS and recommend it constantly. I am 75 years old, and my last bone density test was so good that at my last physical, my Primary care physician didn't feel that I needed another one, yet, even though it had been two years. I have taken some very hard falls over time, and thus far nothing has broken. I consider this one of my "desert island" necessities.

I've been taking Ultimate Bone Support for a few years now. Two years after starting it my bone density test showed significant improvement over the previous one and two years later the test showed even more improvement. I'm extremely happy with the results. I'll continue to take this product.

There is no real way for any person on their own to determine if this product is protecting your bones or not. The only way I know is by my fingernails. Prior to taking this Ultimate Bone Support my fingernails were soft and broke easily. Today my fingernails are hard. If I miss one day of this Bone Support even though I continue to take my calcium, my fingernails start breaking again. When I restart the Bone Support, the very next day my fingernails are hard again. Also, when playing badmitten, I fell and nothing broke. I am 73 years old. I definitely do recommend this product.

I have been using "Ultimate Bone Support" for at least 6 years. All my bones showed normal density and at each bone density test after that I am told my bones are better than before. I will take Ultimate Bone Support forever!
