I have been taking this product since I broke a femur 6 years ago. I hope it is helping! Last year (Nov.) I tripped and cracked the acetabulum on the same hip. It mended in 6 weeks. *

Since starting on the Ultimate Bone Support I sleep through the night without leg cramps. I still take magnesium orally but no longer do I have to apply it topically as well. This was the only Bone Support formula I could ind that did not include calcium. I did not need it in fact I used to take calcium, magnesium and zinc and ended up with bone spurs in my knee.
