I'm not sure, yet, as to whether it is helping me. *

Since it is recommended that we take this pill in between meals seems to make my stomach a little upset. I'm still taking it but only taking one a day??? I guess only time will tell. Therefore, I have rated it in the middle of the star chart. It was recommended to me by a friend who truly believes in it and it has helped her according to her doctor. I would not, at this time, recommend it to a friend. Betty Rose

After taking Ultimate Bone Support for over 4 years my bone density tests have not improved but I was only taking one a day so am trying to take two a day.

I have seen no improvement in my Dexa (bone) scans . I am maintianing in one area slightly and losing in another. It is expensive! Although, I appreciate the July discount gift.

Well I haven't broken any bones since starting to take this product but there again I haven't fallen either so I find it difficult to assess how well it is working. So I gave it 3 stars because essentially I don't know how well it is working.

A friend recomended Ultimate Bone Support. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now. I have had a lessing of the pain that I have in my left knee, I won't know how much of a help that has been until I have my next bone density test. I have high hopes. Thank you

Well, we take this product to prevent bone fractures and so far it appears to be working, although we haven't been in a situation to cause a bone fracture. So I could better answer this question after a fall or other injury. So to sum up my answer really is I hope it works but I haven't been able to verify that!

My doctor did not think it would work that well. He said the hops doesn't do anything, and you all ready take calcium. So try to find a stronger one.

I honestly don't FEEL any better after taking this formula. I won't know if my bone mineral density has improved until I get the results of my next DEXA scan. I must wait until August 2017 to get Medicare coverage for that scan. Furthermore, accurately interpreting DEXA results will be more complicated because strontium skews those results.
