Ultimate bone support *

Have taken one bottle and have to stop. It makes me extremely nauseated and I tried splitting the dosage in half. Still nauseous. Had high hopes but cannot continue taking it. Gave it to my sister and she has no problems whatsoever. Just not for me. I gave it a one star but it may be great for others.

I took this supplement twice a day for 6 months. I recently had a bone density test and my bones are worse. I am very disappointed.

Did not work for me *

After reading so many reviews I decided to buy Ultimate Bone Support. However, I encountered some health problems after taking it for 2 weeks. I think it has counteracted my other medications. It worked for others, but it did not work for me, so I'm sorry that I have to return them. I've been taking other supplements from AB and they are OK - no problem. I can't give more than one star since I'm returning them.

2 weeks after starting taking this I have developed cramps in both legs when I wake in the morning. Do you have any suggestions as I have stopped taking them and the cramping has ceased Not recommending at this stage as hoping for a remedy for these side effects
