I wasn't really sure what to expect with this product, as I had never heard of such a thing before. I have used it intermittently and notice that I feel better when I use it but my consistency hasn't been great. I will continue using it and see if this is something I would like to purchase long-term. I'm also considering giving some to my 82-year-old father.
