In the past couple of years Diet and exercise have helped me lower my BP some; but systolic was still above 140 and diastolic above 80. After using CIRCO2 once a day for a month and a half the daily BP ranges are 116-139 for systolic mostly around 135 and 65-81 for diastolic mostly around 75. I’m expecting continued improvement as the nitric oxide builds in my system..

I work midnight's and I have a hard time getting going so I caffeinate myself ,for a busy night. And raise my blood pressure like most Americans do to be alert and awake. But after a busy night at the hospital I go home and sit my recliner a put one lozenge in my mouth and feel myself unwind and get ready for bed. I always feel my BP come down and and a energy boost in a much better way than caffeine.
