It's hard to sort out what is doing what CircO2 is doing because I am simultaneously taking two other herbal supplements. The combination improved my BP. That's good but proves very little as it is a single data point, not an actual study. And it remains to be seen whether that drop will continue over time.
But I LIKE the general concept behind NO2 that it acts as a vasodilator, which means it helps relax and open blood vessels. SIDE EFFECTS ARE VERY LIMITED: dizziness, nausea, or vomiting in the short term. Painful or difficult urination rarely. There is little evidence to suggest that NO2 causes any serious long term side effects. So, CircNO2 seems like it's pretty low risk.
Studies offer some benefit to untrained couch potatoes, but very little benefit to elite athletes. I definitely am more of a couch potato than an athlete, so I'll leave it at that.
HONESTLY, if I could lose 30-40 pounds - currently 235) - I would probably see greater benefit,
