I have prostate cancer that spared to my bones, so it is hard to say I feel great because of just one supplement as I have been taking a lot of them. The meds that I have to take have left their effects.

The discs are easy to take; they melt in your mouth and I feel a rush of circulation; however, I still need to continue to try them for the renewal in energy that I was hoping for. Good value for the money, but I need to continue them in order to make a fair assessment.
