i use alot of different kinds of products and practices to maintain my health, so your product goes into my body along with many others...i guess the most that i can say at this point is that i have had no adverse feelings or effects from using it and i do recommend it to anyone who wants to try an adaptogen...

AAC is potent - started fast instead of slow and at the age of 72, got some palpitations. Dialed backed to one shot per day in the AM and it has produced some remarkable effects. Seems to improve cognition and memory, though I take a host of things for those effects. Still this stuff seems to add an additional layer to the other things I do. Kudos.

Picked up some of this supplement to see if it would help my wife recover her energy level. She's recovering from a lingering bronchial issue and back injury that lasted over 24 months. I take this 20 mins before gym AFTER rehydrating myself 30 mins prior and find I can push myself further for longer. Initially my brain rejected this new found ability by I just over rode it and pressed on. Gym happens after 16/17 hour intermittent fast which I have done for several years so body very adjusted and gym and or yoga just happen with 3 egg omelette and big salad to follow. I have extra energy all day and often find I am NOT ready for bed at 8 pm whereas before after my usual 5.30 am start I often went to bed by 7 pm I was so tired.
