I have been taking Advanced Amino‘s in the tablet form for almost a year and have loved the positive effects on my body I have gotten. More energy, faster recovery time, and seems like it ramps up my metabolism. But I really didn’t like swallowing five large tablets, so I ordered the powder form of Advanced Amino’s. Took me a couple of days to get used to the flavor which is sort of like a citric acid berry flavor. Now that I am accustomed to the taste, I really like just swallowing one gulp of the water with the powder mixed in instead of trying to swallow five fairly large tablets every morning. Either way I am a huge fan of the Advanced Aminos product.

I tore my left bicep & and getting back into the gym and using my Advanced Amino powder has helped me recover faster .

I take this before and after exercise. Ive been able to exercise longer since taking it.

I think Advanced Aminos absolutely helps with post workout recovery and inflammation. I really like that I can get 30 grams of protein in with virtually no calories. I will continue to take.
