Advanced Amino powder. I have been taking the Advanced Amino powder now for approximately eight months and I have noticed a remarkable difference in muscles in my bones are getting stronger. According to a recent fall I had that I ended up in the emergency room but with no broken bones. I do not go a day without taking my Advanced Amino powder first thing in the morning. I like the fact that I take it first thing in the morning. And could go at least 12hrs or more without eating anything. And don’t feel weak at all. My body looks like I’ve been working out. I used BCAA's when I was younger and first getting into strength training. Although it had been decades since I used them, I figured they may offer some benefits now that I am in my 50's. I tried the tablets, then decided to try the powder. The tablets are great because I could take 3 in the AM and 2 in the PM (the recommendation is 5 per day). The powder is 1x per day, and it is best taken on an empty stomach. I feel like the powder is more readily absorbed and, what's more, I definitely feel like I am recovering much quicker after and between workouts.

I like this product a lot. It keeps me energized and I'm able to move along in my day without feeling drained. I've noticed an improvement in my strength and overall well-being too. These days I'm focused on boosting my immune system and that's another reason why I continue to consume this product.
