For those of you on the fence about this product, I can tell you that it really works. I started taking it four months ago and I could see a difference after only one month. At 61, I am very active but I was really having trouble maintaining muscle. I was worried that I was getting “old lady thin“. Taking this has helped me retain muscle and avoid that.
