I take adv. amino powder mixed in a blender with strawberries or blueberries. Being 79 years old it helps deter bone loss and keeps my energy up like a younger person!

I've been using this product for a couple of years now. During this period I experienced a fairly significant weight & muscle loss. I'm back in the gym and have noticed significant growth in strength and muscle development that at 74 now, I have to give kudos to this supplement. I add this to my daily smoothie. I switched from the pill version to this as the pills are just too large to easily swallow for me. My only complaint is that the powder is a bit too sweet for my liking.
