I have only taken this product for a week and I can already see an improvement in my mussels. The skin of my under arms were starting to sag. After only a week on this product there is a big improvement. Can't wait to see what a month will do.

I used to take this in tablet form and for years I was happy with swallowing capsules with every meal. Then I discovered the convenience of 6 to 7 ounces of water with the scoop of powder first thing in morning. And I love that and mixing another half scoop n my water bottles to sip each day. Love this and consume it daily without fail. A great backbone to my nutrition.

Finally found the product I've been looking for - a BALANCED mixture of essential amino acids! And it tastes great too!
