I am 67 years old. I have been weight training since I was 15. I currently work out 5 days a week, a combination of weight training and stationary bike. I have just finished my first bottle of the product. The product is working really well for me. I quit drinking protein shakes and am using this product as my protein source for my workouts. I take it and wait the 30 minutes before I start my workout and something really unique happens. About 20 minutes after I take it I get this feeling of a rush of energy in my chest and arms and I know it's time to start my workout!
Since I am 67 I am not trying to bulk up just exercising to maintain muscle mass and for definition. My upper body workout consist of 8 exercises ( arms, shoulders, chest, and back). My routine was 2 sets of 20 reps using 40 pounds of resistance. This would tire me out. I have increased my workout to 2 sets of 25 and I am not nearly as tired as I used to be. May not seem like a big increase but that is 80 additional reps and I feel great when I am done. For my leg exercises I originally was doing 3 sets of 30 reps for the 3 excercises I do using 60 pounds of resistances. I am now doing the same 30 reps but with 80 pounds of resistance and I feel great when I am done!! This product is working very well for me and I can recommend it very highly!
