I have been using Advanced Amino for the past year. If I have a "regular" day I take 5 pills, if I have a tough physical workout or day, I take 10. My body feels great and I rarely feel sore. After using them for multiple months I wondered if they were really working or if it was just my imagination. I ran out and it took a week before my next shipment came in. I could definitely feel the difference. My body was sore after each workout without one. I recommend everyone take these as a part of a healthy lifestyle!

I love Advanced Amino. Prior to taking it, I noticed a decrease in my overall muscle tone. Using it has not only given me back what I lost, it's also given me more power--whether taken before running, or weight training.

This is a great source of protein that will truly be converted to all protein. When you cannot get a meal in this is a great way to supplement your protein.
