I like the Advanced Amino, in pill form its easy to take without adding unnecessary calories and sugar. At 65 years of age, 5' 8", 150 lbs with minimal body fat and a BMI of 21, the Advanced Amino helps keep me moving and grow strong, whether I'm pounding out a 10 miler or spending a few hours in the basement pushing the weights around, I'm comfortable knowing my body is healing, recuperating and helping me combat all the negative elements in our universe.

It was obvious that I was losing muscle mass and I felt weaker overall as I aged (over 65). Daily essential is the key to overall health you have to try and get them through your diet but as PhD John berardi stated the north American diet!!! Good luck!!! . Trust me this product is for real. I still use plant based protein with spinach kale added it I still use grass fed collagen peptides. The doctor is very correct about the daily essential and the amounts ng/dl I do believe.

Before taking Advanced Amino, when I would mow the yard or do gardening, with all the bending over and lifting, I would feel sore and my back and arms would ache. Now, I can do that work and I do not have the aches that I used to get.

I have noticed a difference already. I wish it was a liquid or even chewable. I have trouble swallowing pills .I crush them up for now.
