Hello... I dont take the recommended dosage of 5 tablets/daily. I take 2 @ night to help with recovery/sleep. I have found that these definitely help me sleep "deeper". (ie; L-Tryptophan) IF I were "work" laboriously HARD I take 4/per day at night for "muscle recovery".
