As a 50 year older former college athlete, I was more than frustrated with being in pain all the time. I was still playing soccer once a week ( until Covid) but I’d quit CrossFit three years earlier since I couldn’t squat or deadlift without pain. I couldn’t run long distance for long before the lower back pain started. I’d tried chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, weeks of physical therapy, and every supplement under the sun. I was skeptical when I started Advanced Amino but about a week in, I noticed a difference. I’m about a month in now and yesterday I squatted 215 and deadlifted 245 without pain. I know that’s not much weight but to me it’s way more than I could do with out hurting. It’s still hard to believe but I think this stuff actually works. I ordered a new pair of running shoes yesterday. Stay tuned.
