Last year 2019 I had both a total hip replacment and 6 months later, a total knee replacement and damaged cartilage and bone. My wife and I decided to try Advanced Amino as we are in our mid to late sixties and have a few medical problems. Well to start with the tablets arrived but we had to pay an additional £40 in duty then we realised we had to take 5 tablets a day the tablets are massive, I have to crush mine then no problem, my wife cuts them into 3. We both feel stronger,we are sleeping mor e soundly than ever, my blood pressure is down and muscles are showing much more defined.We have completed our first month and will certainly be reordering in the future.
