Advanced Amino is perfect for me! I have been taking them for several months and prior to taking this product I felt sick DAILY. I could hardly get up and move through a day. I wanted to sit and sleep or rest. I did not go out except for groceries. A friend begin asking me questions and mentioned I should have do some research. In short..I'm 51 years old ( I look 30 ) and on a keto diet.. I'm able to get lean and still bulk up my muscle. I take 14 pills (on a empty stomach) 20 to 30 min before weight training in the morning. And let me tell you .. This stuff feeds the muscle what it needs. Also helps with muscle recovery ( sore muscle after workouts ) I have been using Advanced Amino for about a year now, and will continue to do so.. AWESOME STUFF !!!!! MS
