I ordered Tablets and Powder of this product. I'm using both; depending on the day: One day the Tablets and next day the powder. The Tablets are easier to take for me, I started a couple weeks ago; I feel great! It has also helped with gas and bloating; My exercise routine has also increased. Love this product!

I have been using Advanced Amino for one year now. I rate the product as outstanding. I take 10 tablets every day, in doses of three, three and four, religiously. It took a while for the effects to be noticeably discernible, but that's appropriate with muscle growth and well-being improvements.
