I have taken this supplement for over a month and I can not say how much better I feel. No more aches and pains. More energy. I feel like doing more now that I feel better.

Started with five tablets a day with mediocre results. Went to five tablets twice a day and results thus far are dramatic. I would suggest anyone over 65 should try the Advanced Amino!

I was loosing my muscle mass due to my condition. My legs felt like I was dragging a ball n chain! I felt tired and exhausted, in the fourth day taking 4 pills in the morning with my coffee and four more before my walk. I started to feel stronger on the fourth day.
