We're taking the Advanced Amino along with Muscle Plus. I could not take the flavored powder as it caused stomach upset. No such problem with my wife. I started on the tablets and worked up to the recommended dose with no issues. We're pleased with both products and both of us have observed a reduction of body fat. Additionally I seem to have put on some muscle. I have not measured as I don't care much about numbers but when it comes to tossing hay bales I have noticed that they seem lighter.

I am 65 years old. I have been using the Advanced Amino Formula for about 3 weeks now. I have not noticed significant muscle growth or an increase in strength, but it may just be too soon. What I have noticed is that sleep better. Way better. I fall asleep faster and don't wake up in the middle of the night as much as I used to. I also feel better in the morning. I'm hoping I continue to see improvement in my workouts over the next couple of months.
