Since taking them I don't eat as much and I'm still working out as much as before with even a tougher work out. I have lots of energy too all day. I think I'm also sleeping better.

Hard to explain but muscles feels different seems more fuller and solid now .meaning a good progress.

I started taking Advanced Amino not too long ago, and am already seeing some much-needed improvement in my muscles.

Too soon to tell. I am hoping to feel some improvements soon.

At 63 and in mint health, I have noticed difficulty in maintaining/growing muscle mass even though I train diligently and maintain a clean, nutritious diet. Because of the high AAU value of this product and convenience of taking it consistently, I decided to give this supplement a try. After a month along with some other minor changes in my diet, I have experienced increased muscle mass, especially in my arms, and no longer deal with lingering sore muscles or aches and pains. If you are a senior serious about staying strong and healthy, I recommend putting Advanced Amino to the test.

The tablet is large, elongated, but the edges are smoothed off, so it goes down easily. ( I have had trouble with a similar-sized amino tablet where the edges were sharp). I am confident that the formula is a good one, but I take many supplements and usually can't say what effects I notice from this or that pill.

It seems to help,,I have lost muscle mass, and I seem to be getting it back,it's helping!

May need to give it a while longer to see significant changes because at 73 years of age I am blessed with fairly good health.

I am 68 years old and have been taking this supplement for over a year now. I can really see the difference in how my muscles have grown larger.

I really don't use it that often, but it does seem to give me a boost for my workouts.
