I've been working out two to three times a week for nine months. My workouts are rigorous and I'm determined to transform my 63 year old body into one that can do the things I did when I was much younger. I got them for my mother. She doesn't get enough protein from her diet and it shows with her lab tests. She has not yet had any labs to say if it has helped. I am going to keep the next bottle for myself as I also think it will help me get enough protein as my diet isn't that great either.
