I’ve been taken these for awhile now and I will continue taking them. They give me more energy to work out. I’m 71 years old and feel great. I have also increased my muscle mass. Highly recommend this product.

I supplement with grass-fed whey protein concentrate powder, this and creatine. I am happy with these though I'm not sure whether they are making a difference for me.
