I've been taking them for about 3 weeks or so. They seem to be doing something. I was very muscular before taking them, but I seem have added a bit more muscle.

I wish I could say I am feeling better and stronger. I had a stroke 22 years ago and still struggle with fatigue. I have been working out at Snap Fitness since the first of May and take 5 Advanced Amino before every work out and my legs still feel rubbery when I'm done with a class and a few machines.

I got them for my mother. She doesn't get enough protein from her diet and it shows with her lab tests. She has not yet had any labs to say if it has helped. I am going to keep the next bottle for myself as I also think it will help me get enough protein as my diet isn't that great either.
