and the results seem to be as advertised. I am 72 yr old male who seemed to have lost a lot of energy. The Advanced bionutritionals regime seems to help explain my significant renewed energy level. As an added plus it has made losing weight easier.

I have bought this product on more than one occasion and have found that I get more benefit from my workouts than i normally would. As well, my energy levels seem to remain consistent on a daily basis. I would recommend this product to anyone 45 yrs or older.

I could tell a difference when I took the tablets before doing rigorous gardening and my workouts. I did not have as much muscle pain as I did when not taking the Advanced Amino. However, I cannot stick to a regimen of so many tablets! A powder to mix into a drink would have been much more palatable for me. Unfortunately, I was not aware that this option was available when I placed my initial order.

I think I needed extra amino acids that were fully utilized. I have poor digestion and I think that makes it difficult to use the protein in the food. This is a way of getting what the body needs even if your food doesn't provide it.
