I started taking the Advanced Amino tablets because I had starved my brain of good chemicals. I also underwent surgery and was losing a lot of weight, now over a short period of time I am putting on bone mass and muscle mass it seems, not weight around my gut. I can only put it down too the Advanced Amino Tablet, so of course I am going to write about this product and now looking into another products Advanced Bio nutritionals make as it all seems very legitimate.

I have been using the Amino for about a month. I have been doing the Keto diet for 45 days + I bought the Amino to help Proteins I'm 57 next month and trying to change or improve my life style . Because of my age it not easy for me to swallow the tablet. I personally would like it in capsule form. Otherwise it’s good. I just can’t get 5 tablets swallowed. More like two a day.
