The jury is still out. I’ve been taking the tablets for about 6 weeks. I haven’t noticed much of a change yet. I’m thinking about trying the powder. Might work better for me.

I have been taking this for a few weeks and it is definitely helping. I have lost about 6 pounds and while I have also been eating to heal my thyroid, believe that Advanced Aminos has prevented stomach pain from low stomach acid.

Prior to taking Advanced Amino I would get fatigued about half way through my workout. After taking PA for appx one month I noticed I wasn't as fatigued. The pandemic put a halt to my workouts at the gym consequently I can't really give you an honest testimonial. I do however take PA on a daily basis even though my workouts have been curtailed. As soon as I resume my workouts I will be able to give you a more comprehensive evaluation.

I purchased the supplement after reading the advertising for the product. I am now on my second lot of 4/6 bottles. The product works for me but I realized quickly that the advertising claims for it were a bit over the top. It was about two to three weeks before I noticed a change in my physique but it was substantial enough for me to invest in a second purchase. I did not notice an improvement in my exercise performance though. I am 71 years and I am using this product to maintain my muscle tone.

I’m 62 years old I’m a runner, my knee pain has gone down, I still have the pain but not as much as before. I only have take it for two weeks. I hope to feel no pain at all.

I bought this product like a month ago and I can see some results the only reason that I didn't give them a 5 stars is because I haven't use it how I'm supposed to use it but, I'm starting to take the right dose so will rate again later.

Received it last week. Too soon for a definite impression. However I think I gained more energy especially during workout session. Let's see how it feels like in a few days
