Your product has helped me out with my recover after I go to the gun

I have't had these very long, so I don't know how they will work long term. But the capsules are very large so I have to cut them. Not fun!

I had in the past during my 35-45 taking amino acids as a supplement when I worked out hard. Not wishing for that type of body mass and not taking a supplement at all I had noticed no matter who I worked out I wasnÆt retaining muscle and my skin was looking old and thin. After doing research I realized my lack of functioning amino acids were a possible problem and although IÆm not 100% yet I have noticed the muscle retention and hoping it helps my skin to return to an acceptable firmness. I will update as more time passes.
