I have been using this product over a month now. I have noticed my weight is staying level. Not up and down up and down. Also my nails are stronger!! Love that. I look forward to the continued improvements I will see as I use this product regularly. I have told people at church and some if my family members about it.

I used the Amino tablets to help motivate me to set and do a regular exercise routine. I'm of the generation that doesn't like to waste. What i did noticed was that I could handle the daily routine without lactic acid soreness and that I was getting stronger. So the use of the Amino tablets was definitely beneficial. However in converting to NZ currency I would find it difficult to budget for more than 3 months due to expense.

I have been taking for two weeks now and IÆm noticing the difference. My body is liking it. I feel more alive

I have noticed a change in my skin,and maybe some weight loss 5 pounds,as far as muscle can't tell don't know if it has anything do with my age but I see no change.

IÆm very satisfied with this product. ThereÆs a significant Improvement on my skin. After one month I feel less stressed and tired.

I bought the produce alittle while back and have almost finished my first bottle, what I have noticed is strength returning to my muscles, I was struggling to stand from a kneeling position I had to tap my leg for the body to focus on the standing position from a semi kneeling position, so I have avoided putting myself into that position. Yet just a week ago I found myself in the same position and without thinking I was able to stand without struggle. Whilst visiting my Chiro I mentioned it to her and she said that she had noticed that my core was much stronger and my body more aligned.

It's probably a really good amino but I've had such a DIFFICULT time getting them down that I will NEVER purchase them again... SAD... :-(

Am on to the 4th bottle and apart from a general well being which in all truth could be due to a number of variables, I have noticed a strengthening of my nails which have been a problem for most of my life in that they were very soft thus easily torn. Now I enjoy elegant fingers!!!

I liked the idea behind this product, so I decided to give it a try and after the first Day I felt stronger, but I'm thinking it's all in my head, after a month I started feeling and looking thicker, more solid. I asked my partner and she say she had been noticing it too. I'm 60 now, this stuff works!!!

Although I have been using the aminotabs not in the recommended way, (I am taking 2 tabs, twice a day) my energy levels are higher and also my stamina daily.
