In september 2019 aged 81, I had a problem with my recently replaced pacemaker which was fixed, but I was feeling like 95. I bought this over a month ago. I was hesitant in trying it when it arrived. I put it off for a few weeks. I decided I bought it, I better get on with trying it. I noticed my shoulders and hands were not as achy like they usually are. A definite bonus! Especially my right shoulder!

I bought Advanced Amino 3 weeks ago as an aid to help me with my training goals but I have to say it's done more than that, I suffered with elbow pain when doing any type of pressing movement and now the pain is all but gone.
