It doesn't appear to be hurting me, that I know of... but nor do I notice any positive results or changes or different. Just meh. They smell bad, that's the only thing I can say as a "for sure". And I have 3 bottles of them. I won't be buying more. Just one guy's opinion.

I bought and tried this product quite awhile ago and I think I bought several bottles. Don’t remember. I gave it a shot and I didn’t notice anything different in how I felt. I believe that this product is good and does have some value and a place for added supplementation in one’s diet. So I’m not here to knock it. Rather, review this based on my person’s experience. Glad I tried it. It just didn’t make a significant difference in my overall well-being. As to the question of whether I would recommend this product to a friend or family member, I answered no only because I know they wouldn’t have any interest-not because I thought this product wasn’t good. Wanted to clarify that.

In all honesty I don't see much of a difference at all.

I honestly don’t like taking 5 pills more a day! I feel overloaded!

I've only been taking it a month but, I haven't noticed any difference yet.

I have been taking the Amino for 2 weeks without missing a day. I feel better but I want to wait a little longer before I can conclude anything. I originally bought 3 months supply so I should be able to make a conclusion in about another week or so.

I take less than the recommended number of tablets. One at night to help me get to sleep and one in the morning for my leg muscle when I walk 30 minutes 3 to 4 times per week. The recommended number seems way too much. Taking two is less expensive for me.

I've been using the product for over 2 years. It is difficult to measure its success because I'm not sure what I'd be like if I hadn't been taking it. The 3 star rating is mainly because of the form it comes in. Tablets are not as easy on the digestion system as a powder form or capsule form would be.
