Been taking 5 pills a day for two weeks. I have not noticed any improvement in my energy level yet.

I don't know if I'm taking them right. Take 2 in morning before breakfast 3 a half an hour before working out. I feel a little different. Use to take two in morning 2 half an hour before working out and one at night. The first way seems better. I'm taking other medications, could that have a difference of the amino from working better? Can you recommend a way of taking them? Thanks, Scott

While I’m still fatigued much of the day, I continue taking the Amino acids in the hope a better energy level will develop. My labs are all good, so I remain hopeful. I can’t do a video and believe it should not be required.

It was just today Jan.21st i told my wife that something seems to be working in me. I felt sluggish during the day time ,especially when I' m driving .I hope this is the beginning of something good.
