Three months ago I had a major back surgery. This greatly improved the timeliness and quality of my recovery from surgery. I highly recommend this product!

I've been taking Ultimate Bone Support for approx 4-5 years now and my bones have continued to increase! When the nurse called to tell me the results of my dexa scan the last time I was nervous, but she started out by saying your bones have improved significantly!! My hips are out of osteoporosis and my spine has improved quite a bit but still in osteopenia. I will continue to take Ultimate Bone and brisk walking...these 2 things is what has helped my bones! All Dr's want to do is put you on prescriptions and I did not want to take that because of all the terrible side effects!! I have referred several of my friends! Too bad there isn't a referral program!

My bone density report was better than the last one. It is the only test measuring an increase. The other supplements I was using were only on how I felt. Not always to see a difference. The inconvenience of having to order large quantities of to get free shipping was not always good for me . I am on a fixed income and can’t afford to order all at one time.

It does srengthen bones fending off osteoporosis Start it early for long term positive results My sister did and has syrong bones . I did not and have advanced porosity and began now believing I too will will have stronger bones as a result even at age 84

I will have been on it for a year so that should show good results I really hope . I have been taking faithfully since I started.

The only feedback I can truthfully say as to the support of this product is, I have fallen numerous times and have not broken any bones. My wrist measures 51/4 inches, the fact I have not broken them during falls shows me something is working!

I've been taking Ultimate Bone Support for about 9 months per instructions on the bottle. I have had blood work done recently and my vitamin D levels were still low so I've added an extra D3/K2 supplement in addition to the bone support supplement. I have noticed that my hair and nails have improved since starting Ultimate Bone Support. I don't know if my bone density scores have improved but I will continue taking this supplement due to the added minerals for bone support.

I've been using this product for 3 months now and notice much much less creaking and popping of my shoulders. I have to assume it's doing my bones good as well.
