I can only say that if I read my review, I probably wouldn't believe it. I had bone issues a couple of years ago. At the recommendation of a friend who said she improved her bone health from taking this, I started on it. Two years later, my most recent bone scan shows I no longer have bone issues. I am a believer. I would recommend this and I have recommended this to several people.

I have been taking Ultimate bone support - one a day at night - 15 years. About 18 years ago my scan was concerning This year at age 70 the scan says my bones are normal. Usually older woman lose 1-3% bone density every year. Mine has increased. I give UBS a lot of credit.

I have been taking this product for years. I take it at bedtime and it really helps me relax, fall asleep and sleep through the night. I am 75 years old. Although I cannot specifically attribute initial improvement in my bone results which have remained fairly stable over the years, to this product, I was told by the medical person administering the tests to keep on doing what ever it was that I was doing. I have taken Ultimate Bone support since 2002. I had bone issues and each year it was worse. I tried several things and wasn't comfortable with it, nor did I see improvement. But the exciting part is that I have recommended this product to many friends and acquaintances, who have been happy with the results. My doctor told me a couple of years ago that I have make so many people happy. He went on to tell me that he recommends Ultimate Bone Support to all of his patients who have a need for it. After 2 years of using Ultimate Bone Support, my bone scan improved. I just ordered 6 months worth! I will continue to use this.

I just started Ultimate Bone Support. My next bone scan will take place next year. I like the evidence supporting all the ingredients. The ultimate proof will come with the next bone scan.

I am taking the product because it was recommended to me. I do not know the results for a full year of taking untill my next bone density test which will be in 2026 around March. As of my last scan my results were not bad at all. So I was happy. I have taken it daily faithfully. Hopefully will see an improvement with no deterioration at all.
