The only feedback I can truthfully say as to the support of this product is, I have fallen numerous times and have not broken any bones. My wrist measures 51/4 inches, the fact I have not broken them during falls shows me something is working!

I've been taking Ultimate Bone Support for about 9 months per instructions on the bottle. I have had blood work done recently and my vitamin D levels were still low so I've added an extra D3/K2 supplement in addition to the bone support supplement. I have noticed that my hair and nails have improved since starting Ultimate Bone Support. I don't know if my bone density scores have improved but I will continue taking this supplement due to the added minerals for bone support.

Dexa scan said it all: Normal After a spinal compression fracture, my doctor said I now had osteoporosis and recommended a pharmaceutical. I told her I would rather try a supplement recommended to me. After two years taking Ultimate Bone Support, my dexa scan results were normal. This is one result that is measurable! I'll continue taking this great product and I have subsequently recommended it to several friends who are now taking it.

Because none health is difficult to feel a difference I can not say I feel much difference taking this product. However because I take several other produce of yours I trust my bones are helped. At 72 I play pickleball regularly and my bones seem to take the activity well. Thanks for the bone support.
