Unlike many other supplements for bone health, this formula is not loaded with calcium at the expense of other ingredients such as silicon, hops. K2, etc. I have been taking this for several years now and even though I have had a few falls even on a hip a couple of times due to slippery ground, etc, I have had no fractures other than one hairline fracture in one knee when falling hard on both knees on concrete, dog pulled me down. That knee has healed. I am now 76 years old. So I do recommend this formula.
