A few years ago, I broke and rebroke bones in both feet. I have been taking Ultimate Bone Support since then, because the prescription drugs I had been taking for years to prevent bone problems very clearly weren't working. My last bone density test indicated that my bones are no longer weak. They are way better than normal for my age (73).
