I have taken the Ultimate Bone Support for 4 years. I always refused to take the meds offered by my doctor because I know the bone produced by them may be dense, but still very brittle. When I first started Ultimate Bone Support, I had full blown osteoporosis. Two years later it was reversed to osteopenia. Each of my dexa scans were taken at the same place with the same machine. 6 months before my next dexa scan was due, I had a knee replacement and with all the meds I was taking for the knee, I was lazy and quit taking my ultimate bone support.
