I started taking this product probably about 2 years ago or so. I have osteoporosis, and was told I needed to go on pharmaceuticals. I told them I wanted to try something more natural first. They said I was at a stage where it would only get worse. Last November after being on this bone health about a year or so, my tests showed that it had stabilized. I will continue to take this product as long as I keep having better results. One thing that is hard sometimes is getting two servings in a day when you have to take it on an empty stomach in between meals. Circumstances come up. But I still recommend this product. Thank you!
