I have used the bone support supplement for about 2 years and will keep taking it. My bone level was going down and since I have been taking this it hasn't gotten worse. So it is one that according to what it says I take in the morning before breakfast on an empty stomach. It is helpful.

I started taking it because my bone density scans haven't been coming back good and I really wanted to get serious about building up my bones. Of course it's too soon to repeat my bone density scan, but I can already tell a difference in my fingernails. I also think the popping in my knees is better, so I feel like I must be on the right track and will look forward to seeing the improvement in my next scan.
