I started my wife on Advanced Bionutritionals Ultimate Bone Support and her bone density has improved greatly so this is an essential product for her and no doubt will help her avoid all the grief that goes with breaking a large bone in her senior years she is now 73 and has a better than average bone density for her age - this product will always be part of her daily routine thank you for a marvelous supplement it has improved our lives greatly .

Makes fingernails much strongrer I had brittle finger nails and breaking . Now strong. E nails and after taking Ultimate My finger nails. We’re so brittle and split . Now long and strong.

I learned a few years ago that both strontium citrate and hops helps strengthen your bones. I wouldn't be without Ultimate Bone Support due to my elderly age in mid 70's and the fact is I have fallen at least 6 times in the past two years and never got more than a bruise
