Since starting on the Ultimate Bone Support I sleep through the night without leg cramps. I still take magnesium orally but no longer do I have to apply it topically as well. This was the only Bone Support formula I could ind that did not include calcium. I did not need it in fact I used to take calcium, magnesium and zinc and ended up with bone spurs in my knee.

Just started taking it a couple of weeks ago. Must say the pain is not as great as it was. But I'm also working out and making a broth from organic beef bones. I think along with the co2 for circulation it would make a big difference. Just not able to order both at this time.
